Monica's passion for pies began during her childhood baking sessions with her grandmother. These experiences instilled in her love for quality ingredients and food made with love. This passion grew, driving her to learn and experiment with baking techniques and flavors. In 2021, she turned this passion into a career by opening Only Pies, where she continues to share joy through her delicious pies, honoring her grandmother's baking traditions.
